To everyone,

Being the most anxious person I know when it comes to going to the dentist, having any cosmetic procedure performed on my teeth was the last thing I ever thought that I would do. After all, if I didn't have to go to the dentist, why would I put myself through what I imagined would be many agonizing hours in the dentist chair. I couldn't possibly have been more wrong.

The truth is, crowns and veneers are the best thing I've ever done for myself and for everyone around me. I smile all the time now. I'm still surprised every time I see my smile in the mirror or someone tells me how beautiful my smile is. Sometimes (after I thank them, of course), I tell them what I've done.

After only three visits to my dentist I went from covering my mouth when I laughed to smiling every chance I get. What I imagined to be torture, turned out to be not such a bad experience at all. During the longest visit, which turned out to be just a few hours, I watched a video during the entire procedure and even managed to laugh a few times. There was virtually no pain involved in the procedure itself. I experienced some sensitivity while I was getting used to my new teeth, but after Dr. Markowski performed some minor adjustments, all of the sensitivity was gone. Let's be honest; it's still the dentist, but if I had to do it all over again - I would have done it sooner.
